Conference
The Excellence Conference is a event held by Brandon Hall Group. It attracts hundreds of attendees from different companies and backgrounds. The event is fueled by prescriptive and predictive research, breakout tracks, highly-interactive workshops led by leaders in Human Capital Management businesses.
The conference also celebrates winners of the Excellence Awards. The entire event took place at Hilton hotel at West Palm Beach, FL.
My responsibilities were to create the annual report, presentations and marketing collateral for this event.
HCM Outlook
Each year, Brandon Hall Group releases their predictions and insights about the future of Human Capital Management (HCM), advises what leaders and strategists should prepare for their workforce, and provides suggestions on how to maneuver through new changes.
The report is available for all attendees at the conference. Both physical and digital copies are provided. The company's branding is embraced throughout the entire report. To protect its copyright, the content has been removed and slightly changed.

Conference Materials
To ensure a successful event, pre-scheduled emails and social media posts were posted to remind registered attendees and attract new potential registrants. Additionally, there are marketing collaterals such as flyers, passport games, and name badges provided for all registrants during check-in. To make it easier for attendees to recognize and remember our employees, we equip them with name badges and business cards.
Award Gala is the final big event of the night that celebrates all Brandon Hall Group’s winners. Each winner is called according to the slide on the screen. Before, during and after the gala, winners as well as attendees can take photos against the backdrop to post on their own socials.
